Our aim is to satisfy a niche market in the Mailing Industry, where documents are mailed in the same secure environment offered by Guillemot, eliminating documents being mislaid before entering the Postal service. Frequently, security standards required in producing cheques and value documents are compromised when the documents need to be processed and mailed.
Our Locality ensures documents only leave the Guillemot premises in transit to Witspos, two blocks away, or in secure courier vehicles utilised for document delivery to foreign destinations. Though we specialise in the mailing of security documents, other mailing can only benefit from our personally supervised and secure locality.
Cameras constantly track the progress of the documents on our premises ensuring that all documents are mailed and audited.
